When you come in for a used firearm, our staff walk you through the paperwork right there at the counter. You won't be handed a stack of forms to figure out on your own at the kitchen table later. We complete it with you, answer your questions as they come up, and make sure you leave the store with everything squared away rather than half finished.

If you're bringing in a firearm you bought somewhere else, whether online or from a private seller, we can handle the transfer for you for a flat $25 fee. That covers the paperwork on our end so the transfer is done properly and you're not left guessing whether you did it right on your own.

A 30-Day Guarantee on Used Guns

Every used firearm we sell carries a 30-day guarantee. If something's wrong with it in that window, bring it right back. We stand behind what we sell, and that guarantee is a big part of why customers come back to us for firearms rather than buying blind from a stranger with no way to make it right afterward.

If an issue comes up with a firearm you bought from us, you'll get store credit or we'll repair the item if it can be repaired. What to Look Over Before You Buy

Whatever pawn shop or dealer you're buying from, it's worth giving a used firearm a real look before you hand over any cash. Check the exterior for rust or pitting, especially around the barrel and slide. Cycle the action a few times to see that it moves smoothly without catching. Make sure the safety engages the way it should, and take a look down the bore under good light for anything that looks worn or fouled beyond a normal cleaning. Ask about the history of the piece if the counter staff know it, and don't feel rushed into a decision if you want a few extra minutes with it.
