The Jonesboro store came first. One customer, writing about the newer location, said they had “bought a lot from the Jonesboro location in the past and have never been disappointed, happy to see them expand to Paragould now!” The business has never published a date for either opening, so we are not putting a year on it here, but the order is clear from the people who have shopped both counters.
Today the Paragould store and the Jonesboro store run on the same terms: a clean, well-lit floor, staff trained to evaluate what crosses the counter, and the same 60-day pawn and 12-month layaway at both addresses.

What happens to what you bring in
Whatever crosses the counter, from a ring to a guitar, goes to staff trained to evaluate it, not a clerk guessing at a price. Every item is also run through a database that law enforcement can check every day, so a pawn or a purchase here is not a shortcut for something that should not be sold.
Merchandise waiting out a pawn or a layaway sits in climate-controlled storage rather than a back room, and it is guaranteed once it is on the sales floor. None of that changes between the two stores. Read more of the questions we get most in the FAQ.
